News reimagined for the modern era.
From UX Certification Project to Early MVP Development
While working on Google’s UX Design Certification in January 2025, I was also exploring the financial markets and teaching myself how to trade. That journey opened my eyes to the deep connection between global events, news narratives, and the forces that shape our world—from economies to individual decisions.
It became clear that despite living in an information-rich era, many people—especially younger generations—struggle to stay informed in a way that feels empowering, efficient, and trustworthy. I saw this not just as a problem, but as an opportunity to reimagine how we interact with the news.
Driven by this insight, I chose to pursue this vision as my certification project: to create a tool that makes staying informed intuitive, engaging, and meaningful. What began as a simple design exercise quickly evolved into a platform with the potential to reshape how we connect with current events—and with each other.
